The key to a successful fitness regime is having the right mindset. It’s more than just something you fit into your schedule. It’s cultivating how you prioritize your health and wellness into your lifestyle. My number one priority is to provide you with all the tools you need to crush your fitness goals and become the best version of yourself possible. While working together, I promise to provide every single client with the loyalty, commitment and communication they need throughout our journey together.

  • TRAINING

    I believe my approach to training will be your key to success. Each clients receives a training program that is specifically tailored to their body and their goals. My coaching programs suit every level of fitness from those just starting their fitness journey to competitors ready to get back on stage. I provide each of my clients, online and in-person, with the utmost attention and dedication to their fitness journey.   

  • NUTRITION

    Working out is only part of a healthy lifestyle. What you put in your body matters too. I’m not a trainer that promotes crash diets, unrealistic calorie restrictions or diet pills. I educate my clients on the most efficient way to eat and nourish your body in able to not only reach your fitness goals, but maintain the healthy lifestyle we create together.

  • COMMITMENT

    If a quick fix is what you’re looking for, this isn’t the right program for you. When you become a part of the KI2FITNESS family, I commit myself to your journey 100% and I expect you to do the same for yourself. Health and wellness are a lifelong journey and by prioritizing those things you can drastically improve all areas of your life.
